Manuel Sturm works in the sector of (personal) change management all over Europe. In 2011, he co-founded ModelMinds, a visual facilitation consultancy in the Netherlands. His passion and care about authenticity, personal development and wild nature brought him back to Switzerland, where he started the company Wilderness Vision. There he combines hiking with nature connection, to strengthen authenticity, vision, vitality and character to realise breakthroughs for individuals and firms. In his spare time he loves to build organic architectural living spaces. Manuel is a graduate of the Knowmads Business School (Social Entrepreneurship, 2011) and currently studies ‘Traditional outdoor-life, Crafts and Leadership’ at Sjöviks Fölkhögskola (Sweden). As part of this he is living outside the whole year in a Tipi. In 2019 he also produced the film ‘ABBA-JOHANNES’, a self-made documentary on hiking the 1000km long Israel National Trail together with his father.
